Part-time and full-time. Part-time is 12 direct clinical hours a week, 4 administrative. Full-time is 24 direct clinical hours a week, 8 administrative hours.

Virtual associateships with free supervision. LSWs (and recent MSW graduates that have applied for but are still waiting for their LSW from IDFPR) are given a supportive environment while they work as an associate therapist gathering their 3000 supervised post graduate clinical hours to develop their skills as a social worker. Sessions are virtual or in your community setting (schools, independent living facilities, homeless shelters, churches, libraries, and community buildings). We also offer PTO. This is W2 employment with a salary and you get paid for all worked hours, clinical and administrative. You also get access to an additional peer support group weekly to help with your mental health. We offer paid trainings for approved CEUs. We do not require any predatory and ethically questionable employment contracts in exchange for trainings and supervision, these come with no commitment to stay with us for a specified time frame or pay us back for your supervision hours. If your goal is to start a private practice when you are fully licensed, we will support you fully.
